Dear Angel
Upon your wings I place my prayers
To guide me throughout the day
Will you light and guide my way
To keep me on top of my day
Whatever may come my way today
Will you keep me wrapped in your wings

Through the years I’d lost my way
Misled from the path of my calling
I’d wandered aimlessly under stormy weather
Without my true path ever walked on
With the strength of your wings
You’ve come to show the way ahead
By your side my true path begins to unfurl
With guidance I’d finally found the fork
A new destiny now lays ahead
I’ve closed the old route I’d once walked
I’m still a little unsure of what lays before me
With mixed emotions I’ve started my journey

Rainbow Bridges
God sends Angel’s to watch over all I do
There will be mountains to climb everyday
To make my journey more clearer and bright
My Angel builds rainbows daily from the skies
She colours my world making it less grey
With rainbows bridging the way to brighter days
Across the skies rainbows show the way
Off a promise there’ll be sunnier days
I’ve searched for a rainbow to bridge the way
Whenever I’ve needed shelter from the rain
It’s kept my journey a little lighter
So I’d be able to face another day

I’ve stood alone in this darkened world
And my hearts silently bleed
In all the darkness in my life
You’ve been that one shining light
Seems like forever I’ve wandered
Down this darkened stormy road
You’re always the light I’ve kept insight
A place to shelter from the storm
A world with no more shadowy nights
Would suit me alright
I’d leave all the darkness behind
And turn all the coldness to summertime
All I could ever ask of you
Could there ever be a world without darkness
And maybe my world would fill with love
So I’d be able to rejoice walking in light

A Journey
Whatever road you may venture
Your Angel’s footprints will never leave your side
God doesn’t want our footprints
To walk there journey alone
From the moment you were born
Your Angel’s there protecting you
You’ll always be blessed with love
Whatever journey you may chose
Everyday I turn to my Angel for guidance
To show the road that lies before me
I’ve followed when they’ve lead the way
Knowing I’ll be following God’s plan
Together we’ve walked millions of miles
Through the good,bad,happy and sad
And no matter which road I ventured

The wings of an Angel
Gods Angels listen to our prayers
With their wings graced by light
The wings of his Angels
Are so pure and ever so white
Love allows their wings to spread
Providing shelter in our hour of need
You’ll always be surrounded in radiant light
If you have the faith to believe
Their strength will guide you through life
In your heart they long to be
May Angels be with you my friend
May you always be guided by heavenly wings

Whenever life weighs you down
Don’t focus on life’s battles
Count the blessings in your life
And you will find your way
Whenever you’re overcome by rain
And you can’t see through the clouds
Pray and you’ll find that rainbow
And your sun will begin to shine
Whenever your faith has been shaken
And your hearts been left in doubt
Always believe in the power of love
Because love will overcome all the odds
Whenever life delivers a cruel blow
And your journey’s become full of heartache
Your Angels are alongside aiding you
You’ll never travel bumpy roads alone

For you cannot hide
When love lights your way
Leaving all the darkness behind
Love leads to better tomorrows
I’ll always be there
If you leave your heart open
Nothing will come to a closed door
Love in the heart is victory
Love will continue to burn
Like a flickering flame
Loves flame shall rise
For those who believe
Love is the divine light
Like a shining star

The day my sun stopped shining
In the big blue sky
The day my stormy weather arrived
Slowly I’d drown in the downpour
There’s not a day goes by
That I don’t kneel in prayer
For your guidance
My Angel
Through my bleakest days
Whenever my pathway became hazardous
You walked alongside me
Guiding me through the darkness
When my road became to rough to bear
A dangerous route I would travel
Friends feared to tread my road
You never once left my side
Your protective wings shielding me
Along my darkest road
Through it all you walked beside me
You’ll always be my Angel

My Guardian Angel
You were sent from above
Someone God chose just for me
God trained my Angel to love
So my Angel could guide me
My Angel will walk alongside me
Throughout any stormy days
And my brightest days
My Angel sees me through it all
Knowing I’ll never walk alone
Brings great comfort to me
Her protective wings to shelter me from a storm
Her protection will always be loving

I believe in angels
Those helpers who are near
Exactly when they’re needed most,
Then seem to disappear.
I know them when I see them
Whatever their disguise
They’re patient and encouraging
Resourceful, kind, and wise
Yes, I believe in angels
The kind that heaven sends
And I’m surrounded every day
By angels I call friends.
God gave me someone special
When He gave me
A special friend like you

Friendship Angel Poems :
When I have no one to turn to
And I am feeling kind of low,
When there is no one to talk to
And nowhere I want to go,
I search deep within myself
It is the love inside my heart
That lets me know my Angels are there
Even though we are miles apart.
A smile then appears upon my face
And the sun begins to shine.
I hear a voice, so soft and sweet
Saying, ‘Everything will be just fine’
It may seem that I am alone
But I am never by myself at all.
Whenever I need my Angels near
All I have to do is call.
An Angel’s love is always true
On that you can depend.
They will always stand behind you
And will always be your friend.
Through darkest hours and brightest days
Our Angel’s see us through
They smile when we are happy, and will cry when we are blue..
Thanks for being my Angel my friend
I will be there for you until the end.
